This clean, well-thought out home has everything a family needs for a great stay in Colorado Springs. It’s a comfortable home away from home—perfect for relaxing and making memories. The home shares walls with a separate unit but has no shared spaces. Guests enjoy a private entrance and exclusive access to the spacious back patio. Hosts live onsite in an attached apartment and are available if needed, while respecting your privacy.

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

Black Forest Serenity is guesthouse in the north end of Colorado Springs close to the USAFA. This beautiful, private and secluded guests house has its own driveway and access. Rustic Bunkhouse in Black Forest

Retreat from civilization in this beautiful log bunkhouse in the forest. Stroll among the ponderosa pines or sit by the lake on our sprawling 40 acres. Only 10 minutes northeast of Colorado Springs and 20 minutes to the heart of the Air Force Academy. This 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bath also has a 5-bed sleeping loft that sleeps 8 (one queen futon, two double, two single top bunks) and a full kitchen.
