The house is 90 M2 in three levels with three bedrooms, two new bathrooms with toilets and a spacious kitchen.

The rooftop terrace has a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the city, mountains, and Mediterranean Sea. The three floors consists of 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and spacious living- and dining-room.

Huset ligger bakom den livliga huvudgatan, Calle Miguel, i den pittoreska Gamla Stan, bara ett stenkast från den vackra kyrkan vid kyrktorget. Huset är fullt utrustat med alla köksredskap du behöver för att laga både frukost, lunch och middag. På terrassen finns ett matbord med stolar, solstolar och en lounge-soffa för avkopplande stunder.

Svømmebassenget er ca 100 m fra døra og du kan våkne opp til synet av Middelhavet fra soverommene hver dag. 1 klasses og rolig nabolag i et lukket område. Privat parkering. Litt støy fra vei høres på veranda, men dette har ikke plaget noen så langt. Bil anbefales.

Semi-detached villa with heated private pool, located in a very quiet neighborhood 600 meters from the center of Calpe and shops and 1.2km from the beach. It has three double bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds . It has two air conditioners located in the living room and in the dining room to cool the house and the third one in the parental bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower, the first is in the double bedroom and the second is very close to the other two bedrooms.
