This villa is located directly in front of the famous Salinas de Calpe, a wooded nature reserve with a tranquil lagoon with flamingos and a variety of bird species. The majestic Peñón de Ifach can be admired through the expansive windows, and Calpe's most renowned beaches lie on either side. A twelve-minute walk to the right takes you to Cantal-Roig and Arenal-Bol beaches, while a fifteen-minute walk to the left brings you to La Fossa beach. Our villa in Calpe with 2 independent levels of which the ground floor (70 M2) is rented out to tourists (nothing is shared with others) is located on the mountainside of the Maryvilla District on a 910 m2 plot. It is situated along the idyllic coastline of Calpe with its famous rock “the Peňon Ifach” and close by its old city center (2,5-3 km.) with shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and boulevards. You will need a scooter or car to move around. The fully equipped kitchen is for self catering.

We are Located in a private gated community on the beach by the Port of Calpe and Penon de Ifach nature reserve. This is our second home and equipped for comfort as such we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
