You’ll be close to it all — the Bagnell Dam Strip, Shady / Lazy Gators, Backwater Jack’s, shopping, restaurants, and plenty of family-friendly activities. The outdoor pool was fully renovated in 2022, and a large green space with a playground sits right across from the condo. You’ll also have access to on-site tennis and pickleball courts.

Inside, enjoy our gourmet kitchen, shuffle board, foosball table, games and multiple decks to enjoy the view! Located on the 7MM just a few minutes by water to H Toads and Shady Gators. Enjoy your getaway at this year-round lakefront condo located at Southwood Shores. This exceptionally clean one bedroom condo has one of the best main channel views from the resort. Conveniently located off HH and at mm12. It’s perfect for a romantic weekend, a girls trip, conference stay, golfers, and Calo parents. *Because this condo is not operated by a property management company, I will personally communicate with you and take pride in providing the best service possible during your stay.

Cozy retreat! Hot Tub, Wood Stove and Sunsets

Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short drive from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

The Guesthouse was the personal living space of the owners for 5 years, and they are now opening this space up for you to enjoy. Great views, privacy, hot tub, and lots of outdoor spaces as well as having access to the swim dock and the waterfront as well. Perfect for two!
