Welcome to Glen Haven, a peaceful, quiet, family-oriented condominium setting where everyone takes pride in their units. This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom plus loft is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the lake! It is located in Camdenton on the 13-mile marker of the Big Niangua. They have so much to offer including two pools, one which is heated, an outdoor playground area, a basketball hoop, a sand volleyball court, horse shoe pit, a boat launch, and parking for your trailer.

It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater.

Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.

Relax in this beautiful private setting! This single-bedroom log cabin is located just minutes from Lake of the Ozarks, Ha-Ha Tonka State Park, Niangua River, and Ball Parks National.
