The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Allen House (calm retreat)

Not so much driving when you're centrally located between Tri-Cities and Prosser--18 minutes each way. Property sits on 1.5 acres on a small hill, and your private space is located in rear of house where there's no activity but lots of great views of the vineyards and the Yakima River. Nearby services include a gas station, and easy entry into Benton City proper for churches, groceries, post office, dining and wineries. Owners are a quiet couple who look forward to making your visit memorable.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Close to town but far enough for peace and quiet. Situated on 6 acres with beautiful views. This cozy 3 bed 1 bath has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Each room has a queen bed and the kitchen is ready for you to cook up some great meals. Want some farm fresh eggs, feel free to grab a few from the chicken coup. Enjoy watching the cows and goats roam the place. Take a walk along the peaceful canal. This place is sure to put your relaxation as a priority.

West Richland Retreat: Cozy 2BR/2BA

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is equipped with high speed WiFi, air condiitoning, and an in unit washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom, equally inviting, offers another cozy queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essential cookware to make it easy to whip up meals.
