Farmer's Wife Guest House located on a 55-acre working vegetable farm close to Lake Logan, Blue Ridge Parkway, Waynesville, and Asheville, NC. This cozy and beautifully decorated space is close to 3 Country Clubs and golf courses. Located just off of Highway 215, known for the Lake Logan Triathlon Bike Course and with-in walking distance to the Pigeon River for fishing, swimming, and tubing. We are about 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Waynesville, Canton, Maggie Valley, and Lake Junaluska are approximately 30 minutes away; a 45-minute drive will take you to Asheville.

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
