Your stay includes access to our Magnolia Spa with hot tub and sauna (June+); massage is available in July at special guest rates. A sweet, quiet escape on the Outer Cape.

Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Harborside Haven - Walk to Beach, Ferry & Main St

Enjoy this rare, private, cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. Convenient to everything with free on-site parking. You can walk everywhere - just 2 blocks to Bayview Beach and 12 min. walk to Hyannis Harbor to catch the Nantucket Ferry or walk to Main Street Hyannis with great cafes, restaurants and shops. With an air conditioning, outdoor shower, Weber grill, hammock, and outdoor table & chairs, you'll be able to relax after a day at the beach.

Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property.
