I’m a 2 mile drive (~6 min.) down Central Ave. to the center of Plaza Midwood, a 4 mile drive (~12 min.) using Independence Blvd. to the center of Uptown (with similarly convenient access to South End), & a 3 mile drive (~10 min) to NoDa. Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.
