With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Inside, there is a lovely open concept living room ( with full size fold out bed), dining space with seats for 6, and stocked kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds. You will love the charming decor and a fabulous location on a quiet tree lined street that is walkable to grocery stores, the River walk, and restaurants. Please note there is a small studio behind the garage that is rented separately.

We are situated in a safe setting with easy access to shopping and restaurants. This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-May 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

The space includes refrigerated air, washer and dryer, wi-fi, cable tv, complete kitchen for cooking, microwave, grill, porch swing, patio table and chairs, shady fenced yard, covered carport and patio, clothes line, iron and ironing board, 55 " tv in living room and one bedroom has a small tv. The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.
