Condo is on the end so you can see all the way down the coast. We are just a half hour from the best beach in the US, with a good public beach even closer.

Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

Seaside Sunrise is a beautiful and cozy beachfront home located on Carrabelle Beach. This private and secluded home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a pull out sofa in the living room. Large back deck with seating and screened in porch with maintained landscape to ensure a great view. This home is the perfect beach getaway! We will accept 2 pet under 35lbs. with a non-refundable $100 pet fee, per pet. Requires a 2 night minimum.
