You will enjoy staying in this 3 bedroom cosy and quirky late 19th century railway sleeper cottage situated next to Deshar Woods in the popular village of Boat of Garten near Aviemore. We are next door so can help you if you need any assistance or local recommendations. You can sit out in the private cottage courtyard patio space in which the hot tub is located. You are also welcome to use the sauna and Granlea gardens which include a children's play area, lawn, table tennis table, bbq area etc.

We are located on the edge of the forest, at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac in the heart of the scenic village of Carrbridge. Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
