It features an exceptional kitchen, 4-6 person hot tub, and sweeping views of the farm's orchard; pasture, and pond. Here you will find beautiful landscaping, children's play swings, walking paths, and more. 11% Mendocino Tax is collected via Airbnb. Kids 2/under = free. We honor the land's history and ancestral stewards by giving 5% of every night stayed to indigenous Mendocino tribes and organizations

This home has 2 fenced patios- one is ocean view, and the back deck has private jacuzzi . Comfortable beds , cozy robes. Wi-Fi, Keurig, French press coffee. Additional $25 flat fee Ev charging. $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. We have a price list for ballons, champagne, gift baskets etc. House is attached to a guest home by 5 feet but private entrance.
