Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

It is a perfect alternative for a hotel stay in Venice. A stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Overlooking the Rio di Santa Marina and close to the Church of Miracles. A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

MARK’S SQUARE. It is also close to the BIENNALE and the largest green area of the city (Giardini and S. Elena parks. The beautiful LIDO BEACHES are also at hand, they are just 2 water bus stops away. The flat can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons (children and babies included)

From its windows, you can enjoy the fireworks show of the Festa del Redentore, the start of the Regata Storica and Voga Longa, the arrival of Venice Marathon and admire Venice's skyline every evening at sunset.

Our modern and charming flat has been totally new in the unique Biennale environment. Located in the historical and quiet Castello quarter. It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.
