The small pond in the middle of the garden has a small fountain which gives a relaxing Zen feel. Studio indépendant climatisé

En pleine campagne, à 3mn en voiture ou 20 mn à pieds par le chemin de promenade du village de Castelnou, et à 5 mn en voiture de toutes commodités (Thuir), le logement est situé sur le terrain de la maison principale mais totalement indépendant et dispose de sa propre terrasse. Le lieu de parking des véhicules est commun avec les propriétaires et habitants des lieux et totalement clos. Le logement se situe à 15 minutes du péage sud de Perpignan, 20 du centre de Perpignan et à 35 mn de Canet.
