A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. "IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

L'Incanto di Civita si trova all'interno dell'antico borgo di Civita di Bagnoregio. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio.
