The property is at the middle of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with level beach frontage, fine gravel, right on Elm Beach Road, well away from State Route 89 traffic.

The rooms, entry & patio are cleaned and disinfected intensely after each stay. A flat 70 foot walk to the shoreline. Rooms includes full bath with shower, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, ac, heat, 42" flat screen cable tv, free wifi and a beautiful lake view & fantastic sunrises.
