Experience the beauty of Cedar Key with kayak access available behind the home on E. Point Rd., bike to town for shopping, dining, and kayaks at the beach.

Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Maximum of 1 dog (under 20#) with pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 1 pet max. Evidence of pets in unit without paying pet fee will result in a $500 charge. Pet must be crated if you leave the house and up-to-date on shots/flea protection. No pets on bed/furniture. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors.
