Romantická rybářská chata Kozlov

Komfortní chata v rybářském revíru přehrada Dalešice. Chata je na okraji klidné chatové osady v lese nad přehradou, k vodě je to 150 m stezkou ze stráně, nebo terénním vozem či pěšky 400m po lesní cestě. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. Nedaleko jsou i turisticky vyhledávaná místa Maxův kříž, zříceniny hradů Kozlov a Holoubek a cyklistické stezky.

A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Benvenuti alla Baita Nonna Maria, un rifugio intimo e autentico dove la natura è la vera protagonista. La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. È un luogo che accoglie, calma e invita a ritrovare tempo e spazio per sé e per chi si ama.

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. Enjoy nature with a spectacular view. A small cozy cabin for two, perfect for city escapes and relaxation, perfect for couples retreat. Please take into consideration that the cabin is not for children or infants. Maximum 2 grown-ups. Also, consider, that during summer, on the perimeter there can be up to 6 turists who also share the surroundings with you. It is a secluded location from towns and villages, but not a cabin in the middle of nowhere.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
