The cottage sits on the peaceful shores of Lake Kivijärvi with evening sun and a relaxing natural setting. The main cottage sleeps 8 with three bedrooms and a sofa bed, bathroom, utility room, kitchen, two toilets, and good storage. The sauna cabin sleeps 6. Comforts include a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, induction stove, Wi‑Fi, and municipal water. An EV charger is available. A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

Ascetic remote old Finnish cottage with own beach and sauna. In midsummer there is also bilberry (nordic blueberry) fields right next to the cottage! At the cottage you can enjoy a romantic holiday in a historic milieu or just go and relax with your friends and take a rowing boat to the lake. The cottage has no electricity or running water, wood heating. You can cook with wood heated stove. Blankets, pillows, and mattresses can be found in the cottage. Please bring your own sheets & towels.

The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available.

Kylpypalju on käytettävissä eri sopimuksella ja sään salliessa, lisämaksullinen palvelu 130 €/vkl . Mukavuudet: sähkö, apk, jääkaappi, liesi, uuni, leivänpaahdin, juokseva vesi porakaivosta, takka. Paikka on varattavissa lokakuun alusta joulukuun puoliväliin ja taas helmikuun loppupuolelta huhtikuun loppuun.

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Sähköistetty mökki hyvällä järvinäkoalalla. Iso terassi, kesäkeittiö, ulkosauna, palju (sop mukaan), useita nuotiopaikkoja, kaasuliesi, kaasugrilli, jääkaappi sekä jenkkikaappi pienellä pakastinlokerolla. Tilaa 6 hengen porukalle. Käytössä soutuvene sähkömoottorilla. Juokseva vesi järvestä. (Mökiltä löytyy juomavettä kanisterissa.) Saunalla sähkökäyttöiset matkasuihkut. Kalainen järvi ja pienriistan metsästys (sop mukaan) mahdollista. Pitkäaikaisille vieraille vaatehuolto järjestyy.

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Etäisyys Himokselle 10 km ja etäisyys järvelle 300 metriä. Varaus pitää sisällään liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kylpytynnyrin käytön ilman lisämaksua. The cabin is located on the shore of lake Kiimasjärvi. 40 km from Jyväskylä. Inside there is a bedroom and a loft, a dining/kitchen room, a sauna and a washroom. The cottage has dishes for 6 people, pillows and blankets and towels (free). Karaoke. Rent sheets cost (10 Euro/set or you bring your own sheets with you). Smoking is prohibited in the cabin. The yard has a barbecue canopy,a swing and a slide. There is Hot tube. Rental (70e/1day).
