This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

Our charming and rustic guest apartment is built into half of our 8 stable horse barn on our 5 acre farm. If you are looking for a unique place to stay in Vero Beach, our guest suite is perfect. Built in 2015, it has one queen bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living area, kitchenette, a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor area to enjoy the farm, such as our fish pond, small chicken range, miniature silky fainting goats and horse Mr T. We are in the country, but close the beaches and Dodgertown.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is handicapped friendly. We have available two ramps, elevated toilet and toilet chair, and hand bars. The shower has a shower chair, and pedestal sink. There are two sliding barn doors which will make the common areas into two semi private rooms. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. Canaveral National Seashore is 44 miles away. An island on the Atlantic Ocean, is a National Park.

This cabin is seconds from the World Equestrian Center and is adorned with a welcoming porch, that offers stunning views of surrounding Oak Trees. Inside is cozy and inviting with a stone fireplace, and multiple windows that flood the space with natural light. You also have the option to rent the entire 8 stall barn for your horses at an additional cost. The 8 stall barn, features spacious stalls, feed room, tack room and wash area for grooming. There are 8 well maintained turnout paddocks.

Tiny House at Stark Farms

Stark Farms is a 55 acre farm that honors General John Stark who led the New Hampshire militia in the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War. Stark Barn built in 1786 in Dunbarton, New Hampshire was relocated to Odessa in 2014 and rebuilt into a barn lodge. The lodge is filled with period antiques from New England. The Tampa Tribune calls the barn a "transplanted treasure" and a "museum that you can sleep in". The tiny house was originally built as a caretakers cabin.
