Our property is filled with grandfather oaks which attract large owls, woodpeckers , cardinals etc. we are just 7 miles away from beautiful crystal clear springs and manatees! We are also near very nice rivers, dive centers, scalloping adventures, boat rentals, etc. The tent is located in a neighborhood and you will hear traffic from time to time . My home is next door but you have your own privacy with a privacy fence. You can see some homes through the trees but they are a good distance away.

The Woods

Grab your tent and enjoy the private setting of peace and quiet but with amenities of electricity (on the property), campfire pit, shower, privacy and serenity. It’s just a short trip to the west visiting manatee and swimming in Crystal River Springs or to the east in Lake Henderson. Hammocks at each site (upon request) and even a tent with sleeping bags if you don’t have them for additional fee. Ready to get away? We are ready for you.

Smokey Acres primitive site 6

This is a walk in only PRIMITIVE site. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A TENT. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ONE. Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch. . . Charcoal grills are provided in the BBQ area.

Your tent and queen bed will be waiting. Two chairs create the perfect reading nook as well as turn into twin beds. Natural light fills the tent. Just outside you'll find the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your breakfast while admiring the "Real" Florida all around you.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Located on the outskirts of my farm, you'll find yourself in a peaceful oasis. Located 2 mins from spiritual camp Cassadaga! My farm consist of many free range animal, mini horses, chickens, ducks, goats, emus, & dogs. upgrades coming!!! You provide tent, I provide the oasis. I now offer an off grid toilet! My farm is completely offgrid so the sound of a generator is heard occasional.
