The apartment lies under the Mátra mountain, it has a big garden and a separated entrance. The house and the neighborhood has a friendly atmosphere as nature surrounds the whole village. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor, the elevator goes until the 3rd floor thus you have to climb 2 levels in a narrow staircase. Internet speed: 250 Mbps

Old but Gold - Charming Studio with Balcony

Location is the epicentre of Budapest, 20 meters from the Chain Bridge. The 150 years old, listed house was designed by the same architect as the Parliament and has a decadent, old beauty while the apartment is very simple and basic, a bit industrial but feels home immediately. The flat looks onto a green, inner courtyard between houses. Split air conditioner from 5 June 2025.
