The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

The Apartment

Our renovated room is located at the back of our section over the garage, with separate external access via staircase. We are perfectly located for you to enjoy all Cromwell has to offer. Only a 10 min walk to the town centre and lake, even closer to the golf course and of course a great spot for you to stay if you are heading off on the central otago bike trail. The room has a kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee and everything you need for a relaxing few nights away from home.

It’s the perfect base for enjoying the local restaurants, vineyards, shops, walks, tours, cycle trails and ski fields.

Wanaka Mountain Range Studio

Stylishly built studio space – away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet only 7 minutes drive to downtown Wanaka. This stay has private access away from the main house. With undercover parking, a deck area, outdoor seating and mountain views towards Mount Gold and Mount Maude, this studio is a cosy, well-equipped space from which to base your Wanaka adventures or simply relax. Comfortable queen bed, TV, Kitchenette, heat pump and air-conditioning, with tea coffee and milk provided.

This unit is a 15 min drive from the airport, 2 min to Arrowtown, 20 min to Queenstown or 15min to Five Mile shopping centre. Public busses also available a 15 minute walk away from Arrowtown. Several high quality cafes, restaurants, vineyards, golf courses or hiking trails within 5 min, whatever your preferred activity.

Trail View Apartment Alexandra.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Located right on the lake front of Lake Hayes this stylish alpine apartment is absolutely perfect for your stay. Incredibly warm with all day sun even in winter. Central location close to everything. Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

Cosy Studio Close to Town

Self contained studio located a short four minute walk from town and lake front. The studio is separate from the house with its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, a small fridge however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. The room sleeps three people in two beds, each with an electric blanket. There is a queen bed and a king single bed. Off street parking on site.

Retreat To Pisa

Large Executive Private Suit, Ensuite Bathroom, Outdoor area, Garden. No cooking facilities inside Guest House. Microwave, toaster, electric jug, Nespresso mini,( bring your favourite pods) fridge provided for guests . Coffee , tea, herbal teas and fresh milk provided. Complimentary shampoo, and shower gel also provided. All linens and towels laundered with love and care ,with no nasty chemicals ,hung out in the natural sunlight environment to dry .

Cosy Coudret flat

Welcome to Cromwell and The Cosy Coudret Flat. Our flat is attached to our modern family home. Although we are attached the flat has its own private entrance and private court yard. It has one bedroom with a Queen size bed. The bathroom is off the bedroom. The separate living area has a pull out sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Our flat is stocked with everything we can think of to make your stay practical and comfortable.
