There are 2 living rooms and plenty of room for activities such as family game night. It is also a perfect place to unplug and breath the mountain air on the porch with a good book while soaking in the view. The Hacienda is also a great hub for local adventures such as Chama’s Cumbres & Toltec Railroad, hiking, or fly fishing.

Office Hideaway

Low-key commercial area by day, peaceful at night, private entrance. Centrally located uptown on quiet street by wetland with birds and wildlife. Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs. The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
