During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. Amplio y luminoso apartamento, céntrico y estiloso, ubicado en un bonito edificio en la Calle Alonso Cano de Madrid, en pleno Chamberí. Cuenta con un cómodo salón con mesa de comedor y dos bonitos balcones a la calle, cocina completa independiente, dormitorio con balcón y cama de 160x200cm, y cuarto de baño. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado (A/C, TV, wifi, lavadora, tostadora, ...). Apartamento de un dormitorio con un cuidado diseño, perfectamente equipado y con capacidad máxima de 3 personas. Este apartamento no es una vivienda de uso turístico por lo que no se alquila para estancias por motivos turísticos. Se alquila únicamente para estancias temporales por motivos de trabajo, de estudios, sanitarios, etc. El inquilino deberá firmar un contrato de estancia temporal, que será facilitado antes del acceso a la vivienda. Este contrato reflejará principalmente las condiciones acordadas en la reserva, el motivo del arrendamiento (no podrá ser por motivos vacacionales o turísticos), y la prohibición de subarriendo y de realización de obras. El apartamento cuenta con una zona amplia de salón-comedor con sofá-cama y con dos magníficos balcones que dan a la calle, lo que hace que sea muy luminoso. En el salón hay una Smart TV y una mesa de comedor cómoda para 4 personas. El dormitorio tiene una cómoda cama de 160x200cm, un buen armario empotrado y también es muy luminoso ya que cuenta con otro bonito balcón que da a la calle. La cocina se encuentra en una estancia independiente, es muy amplia y está perfectamente equipada (frigorífico, lavadora, microondas, horno, vitrocerámica, cafetera, tostadora, kettle…). El apartamento además está equipado con secador de pelo, plancha, wifi, aire acondicionado, calefacción. Bajo consulta, sus servicios ofertados incluyen: limpieza habitual, reposición de ropa de cama y toallas, lavandería, búsqueda de plaza de aparcamiento en las proximidades y servicio de transfer desde/al aeropuerto o estación de tren. La vivienda se entrega con la ropa de cama y toallas necesarias para los huéspedes. En el cuarto de baño, encontrareis botecitos de jabón de manos, champú y gel de ducha para el primer día. No hace falta que llevéis todo esto en vuestra maleta. La vivienda cuenta, entre otros con: - calefacción - aire acondicionado - wifi - Smart TV - cocina completa - lavadora - luz natural - ascensor en el edificio - telefonillo (portero inalámbrico) - perchas en los armarios - se entrega con ropa de cama y 2 toallas para cada huésped además de alfombrilla de baño en cada cuarto de baño - check-in a cualquier hora (Bajo disponibilidad) - y atención durante la estancia ante cualquier incidencia. Adicionalmente, Minty Stay se encargará de gestionar la llegada de los huéspedes al alojamiento, resolviendo dudas sobre el acceso o el funcionamiento de los equipamientos disponibles en el apartamento. Por último, los huéspedes tendrán acceso a una aplicación web donde tendrán siempre a mano información relevante del apartamento, de las normas de convivencia o incluso sobre ciertos servicios de utilidad para los viajeros como consignas de equipaje o servicio de transfer al aeropuerto. TASA DE LATE CHECK-IN: las llegadas entre las 9pm y 11pm conllevan una tasa de check-in nocturno de 20€. Las llegadas entre las 11pm y la 1am tienen una tasa de 30€, mientras que las llegadas entre la 1am y 6am, la tasa es de 40€. Es importante que el huésped no olvide las llaves dentro del apartamento durante la estancia, y en especial no salir del apartamento habiendo dejado las llaves por dentro de la cerradura, ya que esta se bloqueará y no se podrá entrar. En estos casos tendrá que acudir un cerrajero y el coste de su asistencia deberá ser asumido por el huésped. En el momento del check-out / salida, los huéspedes deberán dejar las llaves encima de la mesa del salón y cerrar la puerta principal.

Services for families with babies: If you are traveling with a baby, we offer additional equipment to make your stay more comfortable: Crib: available for an additional €30. High chair: available for an additional €20. If you need both, the combined price is €40 (cot €30 + high chair €10). Apartamento acogedor, luminoso y amplio de 62m2, de estilo moderno y con todo lo necesario para satisfacer vuestras necesidades. Con una máxima capacidad de 5 personas, distribuido en 2 habitaciones con camas dobles de 180x200 y 160x200. El apartamento cuenta con 2 baños completos con ducha y la cocina, con todo lo necesario para que podáis preparar y degustar vuestras mejores recetas. El amplio salón cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del máximo confort, equipado con TV de 49“ y WIFI. El montaje del sofá cama en reservas de 2 personas que no quisieran compartir cama doble está limitado a la ocupación y conlleva un suplemento de 20€. El uso indebido de este servicio puede conllevar suplementos y penalizaciones en caso de que se produjera algún desperfecto.

Diseñado con un luminoso salón y cocina integrada para aprovechar al máximo el espacio. La decoración tiene un enfoque contemporáneo aportando luminosidad, sensación de confort y tranquilidad. El salón cuenta con un cómodo sofá cama, mesa de centro, mueble TV y una pantalla TV de 55". La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de última generación y una barra de desayuno que conecta el espacio con el salón. También queremos informarle con antelación que actualmente se están llevando a cabo trabajos de construcción en el edificio contiguo. La obra puede generar ruidos durante el día, especialmente en horario laboral de lunes a sábado, y aunque no esta bajo nuestro control, lamentamos cualquier posible molestia que eso pudiera ocasionarle.

Beläget i det eleganta stadsdelen Chamberí (MadridCentral), med direkt tunnelbaneförbindelse till flygplatsen, Madrids främsta sevärdheter (Palacio Real, Prado-museet, IFEMA, Gran Vía osv.) och höghastighetstågstationerna. Det har ett vardagsrum på 35 m2, en balkong 12 m lång, kök, badrum och sovrum. Det är mycket soligt, har vacker utsikt över ett palats och dess trädgårdar, och inga trappsteg från utsidan.

Modern lägenhet ligger i det traditionella grannskapet Chamberí, ett centralt grannskap med mycket bra förbindelser till resten av staden med kollektivtrafik. Lägenheten ligger på gatunivå och tillgången är direkt, vilket gör den mycket bekväm. Den har ca 40 m2 och består av ett vardagsrum, kök, sovrum och badrum. Den har kapacitet för två personer och är perfekt för par. Lägenheten har allt du behöver för att göra din vistelse perfekt.

Promenera genom det traditionella grannskapet Chamberí, handla på den berömda Calle Fuencarral och promenera till centrum för en trevlig promenad. Den har hiss.

Vår 120 m plus 40 kvm terrass takvåning är hög standard på alla sätt. Det är ett spektakulärt rymligt loft med en konstnärlig bohemisk men ändå mycket elegant och bekväm känsla. Det har ett stort kök öppet till vardagsrummet och till terrassen. Huvudsovrummet med dubbelsäng och vacker dusch, stora garderober och ljudisolerade fönster runt om.
