This recently-renovated apartment is perfectly located for your visit to Waverly or a nearby location (Auburn, Opelika, Lake Martin). It is situated on the creative grounds of Standard Deluxe -- an iconic Southern print shop and music venue that presents the Old 280 Boogie and other music performances and events throughout the year. It’s only a 15-minute drive into downtown Auburn and downtown Opelika, so stay here for easy access to an event at Auburn University or for a relaxing getaway.

The Blue Heron is our 2 BR/1 BA 710 sq ft modern designed guesthouse that sits on 4.5-acres lake front property with 650 feet of water frontage. This retreat is close to everything, ~30-35 minutes to Ft Moore/Columbus, Pine Mtn/Calloway Gardens & Auburn/Opelika. Private hot tub, fire pit and hammock. Free access to the shared boat ramp, multiple piers, beach area, chairs/loungers, kayaks, fishing gear and more. Need more space, checkout our Green Heron Cottage or get both.

Meadows Mill House is an 18th century historical landmark c. 1825 now serving as a fully functional modern day residence. During your stay in the carriage house (guest house), we encourage our visitors to explore waterfalls, relax by the fire and simply take it all in. The property is set back off the main road on 4 acres of wooded land. You get the best of both worlds, a little bit country a little bit city.
