Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette are bright and clean. It is exactly 1 mile from Oak Bluffs Center, a half mile from The Cottages and Farm Neck Golf Course, and a block from Tradewinds walking trails. Across the street is the bike path, & the bus stop is on the corner for easy island transportation!

This is an incredible property! Renovated and spotless with all the amenities to make your stay feel like home, only better. Downtown Oak Bluffs and her beautiful beaches are within a five-minute walk. There is a local market and deli right next door where you can find anything you need in a pinch, and a great BBQ restaurant across the street. Tiny room/ twin with sink and lovely windows - outside my back garden which is private with sink, nice outdoor shower and shared bath in my front entrance with minimal/zero interaction. non smoker of cigarettes - pot is OK. no kitchen privileges. Outdoor sink and grill and large table lounge chairs and garden with beans, tomatoes now. Little fridge, microwave. AC, tv , wifi, peace and total quiet 10 walk to store and ferry in VH. Parking 30 feet from your door.
