Les Frênes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Datant du XVIIe siècle, elle mêle le charme de l'ancien (planchers chêne, cheminées...) au confort moderne et à la décoration actuelle. Comme au 18ème siècle, ici tout respire la paix, l'harmonie et la beauté. Située en pleine nature, c’est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer et rayonner à la découverte de la superbe région Dordogne-Périgord. Nous avons converti cet ancien logis de la ferme en maison luxueuse.

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Maison de campagne à la ville

Angoulême, à 10 minutes du centre-ville, dans un quartier paisible, une maison du 18ème, entourée d'un parc d'un hectare. La grande bâtisse est divisée en deux : le logement des propriétaires David et Corinne, et un gîte. Le gîte de 180 m2 est au rez de chaussée et 1er étage. Vous avez accès au jardin, à la piscine (partagée avec les propriétaires), vous avez de quoi faire un barbecue, avec mobilier pour manger dehors.

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)

Located in a charming Dordogne village, this private studio is perfect for a weekend getaway. There is a fabulous romantic terrace complete with a jacuzzi and an above-ground pool (available from June 1st - Nov 1st). The countryside is on your doorstep, with its rolling hills, forests, and lakes.
