Peaceful Farmhouse Retreat in Colonial Beach

Winterbury Farm, located in Colonial Beach, is a beautiful secluded house built in the 1800's on 5 acres. Here you will find chickens roaming, a lovely garden and peaceful views. The Farm is the perfect location; just a short 10 minute drive to the golf-cart friendly town of Colonial Beach and less than 20 minutes to Dahlgren. We have beautiful state parks nearby as well as lovely wineries. The house is divided up like a duplex with the hosts living on site but it is very private.

SOUTHERN GRACE FARM

The 122 year old home, built in 1897, is mostly in it's original condition. Wifi and indoor plumbing have been added. The house is not fancy, but it's clean. Due to storm damage, some plaster was damaged and renovation is expected to begin in November 2019. Southern Grace Farm is a working horse ranch where we offer horse boarding, riding lessons, and trail rides. If you would like to participate in a trail ride while visiting us, please let us know. There is an additional fee.

Located inside the Colonial Beach Plaza, this cozy country style suite is on the second floor with a beautiful Queen Anne bedroom set. A Victorian couch adds to the atmosphere. There is a large sitting room with sofa and chair, perfect for some quiet reading time. A private hall bath has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination. Our only King size bed suite. Includes breakfast and complimentary glass of wine or beer upon check in.

Located in the preferred Breton Bay Golf & Country Club neighborhood, this immaculate guesthouse is a 900 square foot detached dwelling with fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate large bedroom, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, and balcony. Will consider setting up the space to accommodate your child and/or infant/toddler. Plenty of parking -- enough room for your personal watercraft or small boat!

Comfy full bed and private bath for travelers passing through, in our spare guest room off St. Clements Bay. Near Leonardtown, peaceful country setting with vast farm fields and a small, busy family who enjoy hosting. *Must attach screenshot of ID prior to arriving for security. We have three fun little dogs and welcome guests who have a pup for a $10 fee to be paid on arrival.

This cozy 2-bedroom basement apartment, featuring queen beds, is centrally located in King George—just 30 mins to Fredericksburg, 15 mins to Colonial Beach, and a short drive to Dahlgren. Off Rt. 301, it's ideal for both short and extended stays. It has a private entrance, outdoor area with a fire pit and gas grill. Dogs are welcome with a small cleaning fee (see details).
