Sink into a retro coral armchair in the vibrant teal living room at this characterful abode off famous Jones Street. Pull up a mint chair on the intimate porch, then climb into the plush bed and drift off to sleep facing the dreamy woodland mural. SVR #01538 Our adorable carriage house is tucked behind our main residence and has everything you might need for a vacation away from it all! Our kitchen has the essentials, coffee and tea are provided. In the living room, our cozy sofa can double as a comfortable twin sized bed...and it also has a second twin sized trundle tucked below in case you have an extra traveler! The bedroom is located on the second floor, directly up the spiral staircase. Love our house but need some more space? Are we already booked for the days you are interested in? Your private entrance is right off the lane. The courtyard space is shared with the main house. As Savannah locals, we would be happy to provide recommendations for touring, eating, or fun! The property is tucked away in the heart of the historic district, walkable to downtown restaurants, sites, and the river. Take a leisurely walk around town or rent a bicycle and explore this beautiful city in the lovely Southern weather. We are walking distance to the famous Forsyth Park and River Street! We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate this beautiful city and our lovely Southern weather! If you prefer, Savannah now offers Uber, and there are always plenty of taxis and pedicabs available as well! If you choose to bring your own vehicle, please note that the street parking is typically readily available, but please be mindful of the areas that have meters and the posted sweep zone times! PLEASE be mindful of the half step at the top of the spiral staircase! We love the historic feature, but hate that half step, so please, be very careful!

Peaceful and Sparkly Clean! Grateful Cottage

I love hosting guests at my home and the reviews say it all. King bedroom with new memory foam mattress. You have a bar fridge/ freezer for your drinks, toaster,microwave, electric tea kettle and Kuerig coffee maker. No kitchen, bathroom sink is for washing. Great back deck with umbrella. Easy 5-8 minute walk to beach, back river, grocery store, several restaurants (Ajs Dockside & Stingrays, 2 most popular) 10 minute walk to Tybrisa St & Pier. (16th St) We live on 12th. 420 & LGBTQ friendly.

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed.
