Cottage on School Street

Keep it simple at this peaceful cottage in Sedan, Kansas. With easy access to hunting and bird-watching, the house features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, central heat and air, full bath and handicapped access. This century-old house has been in my family since it was constructed in the 1920s. It sits adjacent to a two-story stone house built by my great-great grandfather in 1882. The bedroom sleeps two. A queen-sized, fold-out sofa also accommodates two. It also features ample parking.

Grandma’s House is a cozy 3BR, 1BA retreat in the heart of Sedan, KS. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch rocker or unwind in the sunny enclosed sunroom. Inside, a full kitchen, comfy living space, laundry, Wi-Fi, and fresh linens provide everything you need. Nostalgic charm meets modern comfort, making it the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel at home… just like a visit to Grandma’s.

Bamboo House, a private home in a quiet town

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Hunting and birding are local highlights. There is a golf course and three lakes for fishermen. Small shops on Main Street for those interested in browsing. Of course, there are restaurants. Check hours of operation before heading out.
