Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Auntie’s Lakeside Cottage

Our cozy two bedroom cottage overlooking Lake Champlain can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. The bedrooms have two single beds in each. The full kitchen and lounge/living room is divided by a floating island that can be convertibly used for dining, bar, entertainment or dedicated work space. Outside you’ll find the grill and two spacious decks, one overlooking the lake while a second overlooks the meadow.

Paradise on Lake Champlain with the shore right at your back door, great for kayaking, fishing, goose hunting, or playing and relaxing at home. Use our kayaks and paddleboat, lifejackets, loads of indoor and outdoor toys and games for everyone. Our kitchen is fully stocked, grill on our back deck and enjoy patio seating with a great view! This year 'round property is great in the winter for ice fishing, hunting, trails galore, in the warmer months ideal for cyclists, friends and family fun!

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

Unwind at this updated 2100 sq ft, 4r bedroom, 2 bath Beach house. Fresh clean water on this private beach, a huge yard for games, and a lakeside fire pit. Features include a modern kitchen, a large dining area, cypress floors, a gas fireplace, and a large deck with gorgeous views to the East. Please be aware, the basement will be occupied by the property caretaker, who has no access to your vacation home, and does not share any amenities with you. All the fun stuff is yours!
