Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

Pine Street Studio

Welcome to the Pine Street Studio. We are just 5 blocks (1/2 mile) from the center of town in a residential neighborhood. This unit has it's own private entrance and dedicated parking spot right outside the front door to the unit. It's a spacious studio with full kitchen and bathroom. We live in the main house. You'll have complete privacy during your stay but we're available should you need anything. Our occupancy limit is two guests regardless of age (a child of any age counts as a guest).

410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. It is a complete apartment suite where you can stay for awhile. There is a King bed, a gorgeous fireplace setting, Smart TV and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. Shared parking is available behind building.

Dream Suites 3/4 1 Bedroom /1 Bathroom on Front St

Bright and beautiful 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. Apartment sleeps four guests. The rate per night is based on 2 guests. Extra guests, over 12-years-old, can be added at a rate of $15+tax/guest. This unit is smack in the middle of downtown and overlooks Front Street and the Cascade Mountain Range. This apartment is on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs. The apartment is pet friendly, however, we charge $25+tax per pet per night.

Enjoy Leavenworth by staying just outside the fray of the town. This studio apartment is 1.5 miles south of town on Icicle road. Relax on the couch with views of Wedge mountain. We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.
