In this charming 1910 two bedroom, two bathroom home you're close to all the restaurants and entertainment on 6th Avenue, just a short drive from the zoo at Point Defiance, concerts at Dune Peninsula, and the beautiful new waterfront at Point Ruston. This cozy haven is an 8 minute drive from the Tacoma Dome for concerts and events and centrally located for day trips to sightseeing on the Olympic Peninsula and nearby Seattle.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.
