The Lilypad is a private, delightful two-story home on Kiwanie Lake just blocks from the Southfork of the Spring River. The home sits on an acre of land with a seasonal creek. Fenced and pet friendly (1), it is a great retreat for small or larger groups (9 max). Use our boats for fishing at the lake or enjoy local shuttle rentals on the Spring River. Hardy and Cherokee Village are each a 2 mile drive. Fill your days with the beauty of the outdoors and come home to play pool or enjoy a campfire.

This house is within walking distance of the South fork of the Spring River. Flathead Retreat is about a 10 minute drive from old Hardy town. It’s also just a short drive to Mammoth Spring. The start of the Spring River.

Memories await you at this unique and family-friendly mid-century bungalow on lovely Lake Thunderbird. Leave your worries and stress behind but bring your boat, ice chest, fishing gear, and favorite food and beverages. Home features 2 large bedrooms, a twin rollaway bed, and a convertible sofa in the living room. Note: the guest space is the upper level of the house. The basement is private and contains a storage room and garage/workshop which are accessed occasionally by the caretaker.

Parking is along the street with stairs leading up to the house at the top of the yard. It’s 26 steps to your charming vacation home, it's vintage, and there may be a scuff on a corner, but it’s clean and comfortable - nice location at a great price! Note: Please note the steps if there is a medical consideration.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked house, WiFi, AC, heating, and various lake toys and more during your stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. We allow 1 dog, but we ask that they not go on the beds or furnature, including the outdoor patio set. No cats allowed due to allergies.

Guests have access to golf courses, mini golf, swimming pool, and 3 different lakes for a small fee. Amenities include outdoor hot tub, charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, stocked coffee station, and plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Just bring your food and drinks.
