Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Summer 2026 ~Visit Acadia Park & Bar Harbor by day & stay here at night. Our 1.4 acre shore-front family retreat began an 18 month renovation Fall of 2018 & only opened recently - Dishwasher, new beds, Hi-speed Internet no data limit. We fell in love with this quiet coastal sanctuary, the perfect place to reconnect with nature while staying on grid. ☪ At night you'll experience deafening silence under the natural light of the stars. High-speed Internet keeps you connected.

Tunk Stream Lodging

Cozy apartment with private entrance. Enter the mud room into the living room with TV and kitchenette. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser, closet, TV and vanity. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Very comfortable, cozy space. It is part of our home but very private. We're located on Tunk Stream, 1 mile from the Down East Sunrise Trail. Take a dip in our stream, hike around our area (blueberry barrens) or bring your 4 wheeler and take a run on the trail.

At The Waters Edge

This newly constructed cottage offers space, privacy, waterfront, and a private beach. It is located on a private lane with only 3 other homes and just minutes from the center of town. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the breakfast nook or on the covered deck overlooking the bay while watching the sea birds and seals or possibly seeing the deer roaming the property. Summer months, you can watch the lobstermen busy hauling the days catch at a short distance.

Blueberry Cottage

The Blueberry cottage has all that you need for a comfortable and cozy stay! Located off the beaten path in a quiet and woodsy setting near our organic wild blueberry field. It is centrally located to the waterways and trails in the Downeast region, a half hour drive to the Schoodic Peninsula and about an hour's drive to Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island. If you're looking for a weekend getaway or vacationing for a week, this is a great choice!
