Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

Location is also ideal if visiting Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds the train is 20mins to either which takes you into the centre area.
