One bedroom with a king bed and full bath and the other with a twin over full size bottom bunk bed. Fully stocked with all the necessities & more! This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

It has AC/ Heat, a flushing toilet, and a shower. The Hobbit House sits on 27 acres with the 8 other treehouses we have built. The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.
