Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Για το λόγο αυτό εσωτερικά έχει τη μορφή καστροχωρίου, κτισμένο επί Γενουατικής περιόδου. Το οίκημα στο οποίο σας καλούμαι να διαμείνεται ευρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού, μέσα σε γραφικά δρομάκια. Ο οικισμός με λίγους κατοίκους προσφέρει λόγω περίοπτης θέσης όπου ευρίσκεται την ευκαιρεία να γνωρίσεται πολλά άλλα μέρη πλησίον.

Kampos has recently been proclaimed by the Ministry of Culture as a historical site. The historical course of the village begins from the Byzantine times, where most of the mansions were built. Our mansion considered a unique masterpiece with exceptional architecture are two-stored with citrus gardens and the pool.
