Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

It features an open plan living area, with a cozy Queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed separated by a bookcase. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a washing machine, a TV and a big closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, fresh towels, and all essential bath amenities.
