We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

A beautifully themed Cotswold cottage with a modern but classic country interior that subtly harks to the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. With records dating back many hundreds of years, this archetypal bolt hole was originally where the locals used to come to get their kettles mended, in fact today on the High Street you’ll see a huge wall mounted kettle outside the main house!
