Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Bring your boat(s)/ sxs/ atvs. We are located 15 mins to Lake Rousseau, Gulf, Three Sisters Springs, & Rainbow River. In the country. One cottage is long term rental and not available.

EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre, surrounded by woods & close to the Springs. Very cozy and relaxing. FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
