Classic Comfort by the Park

Beautiful large self-contained private apartment attached to main home, with own entrance and patio. It has a large open plan living space, with TV Netflix & Stan. A kitchenette and dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette has a large fridge/freezer, an induction hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. It does not have an oven. The bedroom has a quality Queen bed and linen. The bathroom has full-size bath and shower.

We are located in a beautiful, quiet suburb 20 mins from Perth CBD and a short walk to Edith Cowan University, Yellagonga Regional Park and Joondalup CBD. It’s a brilliant location. Go by train all around Perth -5 minutes’ walk to the train . Need to shop , walk 200meters down the road and you will find a Coles super market. A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house. High raking ceilings, loads of light . Modern Decor . Quiet, private and peaceful.
