Our beautiful estate is located cca 40 km from Zagreb, in Zagorje, one of the most colourful regions of continental Croatia. Estate lies on a wonderful 2.000 m2 piece of land and is full of extraordinary plants, trees and flowers. Orientation of the estate is SW-W which gives the guests both - a lot of sun during the day and an astonishing view with the sunset. Three main points of the estate are main villa, swimming pool and rustical guest house. Main villa is surrounded by the two spacious terraces that enter the ground floor with dining table for ten, nice, fully equiped kitchen and a huge living room with the fire place. Bella Vista corner with five comfortable armchairs is situated on a west part of the ground floor - the view and the sunset are breathtaking! On the first floor one can find the master bedroom with the huge terrace, nice jacuzzy bathroom and a smaller room with a pull- out sofa for two. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with the massage shower, and a lobby with an antique writing table and pull out soffa for two. Swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,5 m, equipped with the swimming machine and the solar shower. The swimming pool is open from 1.5.-15.10. Guest house is close to the swimming pool. It's a rustic house with the large porch. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a very nice bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the swimming pool. The estate is situated in a very quiet and relexing area full of small cities, villages with domestic food products and historical castles. At the same time it is very close to Croatian capital Zagreb (30 minutes by car), to Croatian seaside (less than two hours by car) or to Plitvice lakes (90 minutes by car). COOKING Daily cooking,cleaning service can be additionaly organised by our Nada who is very good in preparing domestic specialities. Come and enjoy! This is a real paradise in any time of the year!

Only 4 km from Terme Tuhelj, Vila Trnoružica offers a fairytale vacation experience in the greenery of Zagorje. As a family oriented company we enjoy managing our property located at the beautiful hilly Croatian countryside, close by the capital, City of Zagreb. The house, originally a birthplace of our father, was recently refurbished and redecorated with great care, hoping our guests can enjoy an authentic old farm house transformed to a modern holiday resort.

The house is spacious and fully equipped. It has Wifi and air conditioning in the main living room, and is equipped with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Situated in the new part of Zagreb (Novi Zagreb); 15 min from the airport and the city centre by car. It's a quiet zone with a lot of green areas. Zagreb Arena is not too far away.
