Beautiful house menorquin style in the centre of Ciutadella between the Cathedral and the harbour. House with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big kitchen with dining-room, living-room and terrace with sofa. Very well decorated and well equiped (television, video, microwaves, washing machine, dry-machine, dishwasher, full equiped, bed clothes, towells etc). Three floors. The house is very cosy and new. From the 23th of June you can enjoy the "Jaleo" o "Sant Joan", the famouse horses party and you can see it from the house. The house is in the best possible location if you want to stay in the centre of the city. Traffic is not allowed in the street. The area is very familiar and menorquin people. If you need someone to pick you up at the airport we can arrange it. We can rent you bicycles, because is the best way to move around. Close to restaurants and shops and near transports.

Magnificent place set back from the house built on the edge of the canyon. Not overlooked, totally private, the view of the canyon is spectacular. The swimming pool is an integral part of the studio and is not shared with any other traveler. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed both from the cliffs between Santandria and Sa Caleta and the seafront walk to Cala Blanca.
