Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

Lake Effect is a modern Lakefront home on beautiful Norris Lake. This vacation home offers many amenities including a large lake front dock, hot tub, pool table and fire pit. There is also a gentle slope to the lake, No Steps!! Or you can use the graveled driveway that takes you right to the dock. Not too many homes on Norris Lake have such easy access to the lake. This is our home away from home and if you decide to stay at Lake Effect, we hope you love it as much as we do.

You have to see this place. It’s the perfect place for your group or family. 3 level house on the water with its own covered dock. Come swim, boat, or fish in the lake. Afterwards relax by the hot tub or on one of the 3 huge decks overlooking the water. Note 1: The house has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. With that view comes about 90 steps from the top floor all the way down to the water. Note2: Maximum of 4 parking spots onsite.

Healing Grounds is a private mountain retreat on 6.5 peaceful acres in Harrogate, TN, near Cumberland Gap, Lincoln Memorial University, Norris Lake, and the Powell River. Relax in the year-round hot tub, gather around the fire pit, grill on the deck, or enjoy cornhole while taking in breathtaking mountain, hayfield, and wooded views. Every evening ends with unforgettable sunsets—the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and recharge.
