It’s a short walk to Silver Lake to use the provided tandem kayak. (Launch is about a block away) 30-35 minutes from major cities-Cadillac, Clare, Mt. pleasant - Very clean, sweet little family-owned cottage- time to unwind and reconnect.

Based on the season, fishing, skiing, tubing/sledding, golf, or off-road trails are all options. Back at the beach house, cozy up next to the bonfire and enjoy some s'mores on the lake.

Enjoy the Director’s cabin located at camp deer trails family campground. This cabin has a mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. This cabin may not be directly on the lake but it has beautiful views of the lake with a quick walk to the beach and playground. There are miles of hiking trails throughout the property as well. Come and see for yourself all the wonderful things this cabin has to offer.
