River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

Right on the beach with access to all the amenities of the resort like shopping, pools, hot tub, gym, beach access etc. The unit comes with one free parking spot. This PRIVATE studio unit has one bathroom, living room, balcony, full kitchen, living room and a fold down wall style murphy bed (real bed).
