This home offers a living room, dining room (seats 8), full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room/mudroom, and 3 bedrooms. (King, Queen and full bed). You will find a front and side porch to sit and relax as well as a private back patio where your family can enjoy a fun evening. Each bedroom offers a comfortable bed, hangers for clothing, and a fan to help you relax.

King-size master and queen guest room in the heart of North Kansas City and close to downtown. Workspace provided with high-speed Internet. Large new kitchen with many extras. Great outdoor space with large deck and fenced in yard. Completely remodeled but kept some of the 1940s charm. Great location close to many restaurants bars and casinos.

Lakewood Hollow Farm - private, spacious near lake

Enjoy your stay on the farm in this spacious lower level 3 bedroom, 2 bath bed & breakfast. Relax before the wood-burning stove or prepare a gourmet meal in the custom kitchen. The lake can be accessed 1/2 mile away. Two kayaks are available. The patio has excellent views of the forest and pasture. A fire pit makes the evenings cozy. Be sure to visit the farm's horses, cow, ducks, sheep, goats & alpacas! Your horses are welcome for daily board. Hosts are on-site; breakfast by request.

The Cottage on Kansas is a stylish retreat with cozy charm and whimsy, making it a perfect getaway for a weekend in Kansas City, girls weekend, or family stay. The Cottage was remodeled throughout in 2023, including all new interior paint, resurfaced original hardwood flooring, stylish checkerboard accents, modern lighting, and design with a little personality and flair. Exterior gardens offer two water features, cut flowers & veggies in season & chicken coop with 5 friendly hens.

Peaceful unique place in the valley where a rooster crow is all you will hear in the morning. Drink coffee on a private deck that overlooks the koi pond with a peaceful fountain. Short drive to I-435 and I-35. About half hour drive to Royals and Chiefs stadiums, downtown KC and Kansas speedway! Minutes from the bike and walking trails that circle Smithville Lake! Caution- steep narrow stairs inside. Please use the outside stairs to carry luggage inside to the bedroom quarters.
